Ingredients
SOAKING OATS OVERNIGHT
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any plant based milk you like)
NEXT DAY TURMERIC OATS
1 cup oats
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup raw almonds (slivered or chopped)
1/2 tsp flax seeds
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup mango
1/2 banana
2 tbsp coconut flakes
BEET ROOT OATS
1 cup oats
1 tsp beet root powder
2 tbsp goji berries
Instructions
Soak your oats overnight in the fridge. Once you are ready to serve your oats, separate in two bowls.
In one bowl, add the turmeric powder+flax seeds and mix well. Garnish with the rest of the ingredients. I choose not to sweeten mine, but you can add some honey or coconut sugar if you like and even some cinnamon.
Do the same for the second bowl, mixing the oats first with the beet powder and garnish afterwards.
