This drink is super easy to do and so refreshing for the summer!
By blending the lime, it gives it a bit of a sweet and tangy taste that I love! The trick here is not to blend it for too long or you’ll end up with a very bitter drink due to the natural oils of the lime.

Ingredients
1 lime
2 cups of water
few slices of ginger (~ 1 tsp grated)
1 tsp coconut sugar (you can substitute by any sweetener you like)
1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
Blend all ingredients (lime as a whole not only juice) and strain.
Add the chia seeds and let it rest for 15-20 min in the freezer
Serve with a slice of lime
