Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup arugula
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 lime
1/8 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp nutritional yeast
thyme
s+p
1–2 cherry tomatoes halved
8 tbsp unsweetened coconut yoghurt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients (except for the cherry tomatoes and the 8 tbsp of yoghurt) and blend into a smooth consistency. Pour the yoghurt into a jar and top it off with the green puree, the tomatoes and some olive oil.
