Description
These ice cream paletas (Spanish word for ice cream sticks!) are so easy to do and knowing exactly what’s in them makes them even more enjoyable and guilt free!
Once they are ready to be enjoyed I like to melt some chocolate to dip them and sprinkle my paletas with some nuts, coconut flakes or cocoa nibs for that extra crunch!

Ingredients
400 g dark chocolate (65 -75%)
2 cups of almond milk
200 g dark chocolate (melted to use as a topping)
Instructions
Melt the (400 g) chocolate, let it cool and blend with the milk. Pour into your containers and allow to freeze completely. Don’t forget to insert the wooden sticks before they are completely set!
