Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus (thinly sliced)
1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tsp lime zest
1/2 lime
1/4 tsp cumin

Instructions
In a pan, heat your olive oil and add the red bell pepper, the ginger and the lime zest. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they get softened and add the asparagus. Season and serve hot.
Serve as a main course or with some rice or cooked buckwheat.
